2. Cinewerks Films, Inc. & Cinewerks Studios, Inc. provides investing opportunities for investors to invest in motion picture and television projects and produces those projects under the tradenames of John Kearns Films or Reel Faith Studios.

1. Captured Moment Productions, Inc. is a full service event and wedding videography business.

2. Hyper Media Group, Inc. is a full service television advertising agency and web design & hosting business.

3. Cinewerks Productions, Inc. (d.b.a. Cinewerks or Cinewerks Motion Picture & Television Services) is an al la cart production company specializing in cinematography, grip & lighting, location sound, and post-production for film entertainment, television series, educational, documentary, industrial, commercial, and vodcasting projects.

Holdings:
1. Cinewerks Holdings, Inc. owns stocks or interests of other companies (private or public).
